Welcome to Hide and Luxe. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of products, custom orders, and all interactions with our services. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Customer”, “You”, “Your” means the person placing an order or using our site.
  

• “Hide and Luxe”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the company owning this website and selling the products.
  

• “Products” means the leather jackets, wallets, belts, handbags, shoes, or custom-made items offered by us.
  

• “Custom Order” refers to any bespoke or specially made-to-measure product, as per special customer specifications.
  

• “Order” means your request to purchase Products from our site or via custom order.
  

2. Acceptance of Orders & Formation of Contract

• An order is placed when you complete the checkout process, specifying product(s), payment, and shipping information.
  

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (such as lack of availability, suspected fraud, or issues with payment) at our sole discretion.
  

• Once we accept your order (by sending a confirmation email or dispatching the item), the contract between us is formed under these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All product prices on the site are listed in [currency, e.g., INR / USD] and include applicable GST/VAT (if applicable). Shipping, customs, and duties are additional where applicable.

• Products are handmade using natural leathers (cow, goat, sheep). Natural materials may have variations in color, grain, markings, and texture. Slight differences from images are normal.
  

• Sizes, dimensions, weights, or capacities indicated are approximate; minor tolerance (± a small percentage) is to be expected.
  

• We try to display colours and details accurately, but differences may occur due to device screens, lighting, or photography.
  

5. Custom Orders

• For custom orders, you agree on design, material, colour, size, etc. Once confirmed and payment initiated, changes may be limited.
  

• Custom or bespoke items may require longer production time. We’ll provide estimated timelines; delays may occur due to material sourcing or artisan constraints.
  

• Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
  

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy (linked here: [Shipping Policy link]). By placing an order, you accept all terms in both these Terms and the Shipping Policy.
  

• Estimated delivery times are provided, but we cannot guarantee the exact date; delays may occur due to customs, logistic issues, or force majeure events.
  

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We stand by our quality. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us (with photos) within [48-72] hours of delivery. We will evaluate and, if valid, offer replacement or refund.
  

• For non-defective items, returns or exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy, and may incur restocking or return shipping charges. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs, videos, product photos) is owned or licensed by Hide and Luxe and protected by copyright, trademark, or other IP laws.
  

• You may view, download, or print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (copying, reproduction, distribution, commercial use) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
  

9. User Obligations & Prohibited Use

• You agree to use our website and services lawfully, ethically, and not to engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
  

• Do not impersonate others, submit false or inaccurate information, or infringe third-party rights.
  

• Do not use the site to upload malware, spam, viruses, or to interfere with its operation.
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• Hide and Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our products or services.
  

• To the maximum extent permitted by law: our aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant Product.
  

11. Disclaimers

• Products are supplied “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. While we endeavour to ensure high quality, natural leathers may show variations, and no product is perfect.
  

• We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or bugs.
  

12. Privacy

• Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (link here). By using our site or making purchases, you consent to how we collect, store, and use your information in line with that policy.
  

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
