The art of leather
Every bag and wallet we make begins as a full hide and ends as a piece built to last. Behind each one are hours of hand-work at a bench in Kanpur, measured, cut and stitched by an artisan with 20+ years at the craft. We don't chase trends. We build things that get better with age.
Our materials
We work with one material and we work with it honestly: full-grain leather, the top layer of the hide, with the grain left intact. It's the strongest, longest-lasting part of any hide, and the only grade that develops a real patina. Every hide is inspected before it reaches the bench.

Every piece of leather is unique. Its natural variations aren't flaws, they are the signature of authenticity.
Handmade precision
Our bags are not mass-produced. Each one is hand-cut, hand-stitched and hand-finished by an artisan who has spent decades in leatherwork.
The cut. Each panel is cut by hand to preserve the strongest part of the grain, no clicker presses stamping through weak sections.
The stitch. Saddle-stitched with bonded nylon thread at 8 stitches per inch tight, even, and stronger than machine lock-stitching because a single cut thread won't unravel the seam.
The finish. Edges are burnished by hand, hardware is solid antique-brass-plated steel, and every piece is checked against its published spec sheet before it ships.
Made in Small Batches
We make small runs, not mass production, a few dozen of a design at a time, not a few thousand. It's how one person can hand-finish every piece and keep each one consistent with the specs we publish. It also means some pieces sell out. When they're back, our list hears first.
Built to Age Well
Our designs are clean and restrained, nothing loud, nothing that dates in a season. Full-grain leather looks its best not on day one but in year three, when the corners have darkened and the flap has learned its crease. Buy one piece and use it for years; that's the whole idea.
