Pieces held in stock are prepared and dispatched from our Nashik workshop as soon as they are checked. Because every item is finished by hand, dispatch timing varies by product — your confirmation email carries the estimate for your order, and our concierge team can confirm it at any time.

Please contact orders@hideandluxe.com before ordering from outside India so we can confirm delivery options and timelines for your address.

We work only with premium cow, goat and sheep leather. Cow is strong, durable and structured; goat is soft, light and naturally textured; sheep is buttery smooth and refined. Every hide is inspected and approved before it reaches our artisans.

Every hide is unique. Small variations in grain, tone and texture are the signature of authentic leather rather than a defect, and they are part of what makes your piece yours.

Yes. Each piece is hand-cut, hand-stitched and hand-finished by master artisans — never mass-produced. Read more on our craftsmanship page.

In our own workshop in Nashik, Maharashtra, in small batches. Visits are by appointment only.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use, store in the dust bag provided away from direct sunlight, and condition every three to six months. Our full guidance is on the leather care page.

Pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Never use a dryer, a radiator or direct sunlight.
